Welcome to Frequency - Ashraya's Young Adult's Group for college students and young working professionals. Frequency provides a place for young people to find practical ways to live a God-centred life. We meet every Saturday afternoon from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. Our gatherings include games, group activities, worship and talks and discussions.
Frequency Caffé is a hangout for young people on Saturday afternoons. It has some great food that will make you want to come back for more! The Caffe' is open from 3:00pm – 4:00pm and from 5:15pm – 7:00pm on most Saturdays. Features include a gaming area which has ping pong, foosball, air-hockey and PS2 video games; a hang-out area where you can read, listen to music, watch videos, play board games or catch up with friends over a cup of coffee.
